Business & Non-Resident Permits
Businesses can purchase a Business Permit for $350.
Out-of-County residents can purchase an Out-of-County permit for $60 from date of purchase.
Both business permits and out-of-county permits may be purchased with a credit/debit card over the phone. To purchase by check, please visit the Alpena Recycling Facility during regular business hours or mail a check to:
